Can't login to Citra

Hello, I wanted to go online with Pokemon Moon, only to find out that my token doesn’t work. I’ve tried to disable my firewall, it’s not blocked by my antivirus, and I’m able to log in to the website with my current dns, so I don’t know what else to do. Can someone help please?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

I am having the same problem. I am from Cuba, if Citra is currently using a blocked server (like some USA servers) for loggin, then will be impossible for me ;’(. Where are u from?


Yesterday we upgraded our token system to a new format.
There was a small window of downtime during the upgrade.

In order to login, please use the latest version of Citra, as old clients are no longer supported.
