it says “Sorry, it looks like something has gone wrong, the file you are trying to upload is 0 bytes. Please try again.”

Make sure to close Citra before attempting to upload the log file. Windows sees files that are still being written to (like a log file) as 0 bytes until they are closed, after which Windows updates the file’s file size.
