Can't read QR codes

Issue:
I am encountering an issue with reading QR codes on Citra. When attempting to scan them in-game, I load the PNG containing the QR code, but the camera displays a green screen. I have attempted to resize the image to 400x240 as I read that others had resolved the issue this way, but it still does not work.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. Official Drivers | NVIDIA
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • Your GPU hardware only supports OpenGL version 4.1. Citra requires OpenGL 4.3.0 and above. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/faq/

I’m using an old version because my GPU is quite old, I can’t update drivers because I’m on mac

Can someone help me?

Accurate Multiplication does not fix the issue

Please can someone help me? It’s been 8 days, can someone please help me?

We can’t help you with an ancient Citra build. Many of these types of bugs have been fixed, or were caused by old drivers, or bugs with the operating system. We’d be chasing ghosts. Your hardware is no longer supported, so we can’t give support.

Oh, I understand… Thank you anyway
