Can't retrieve my new account token

Issue:
I had two accounts, Volcanics is old one and now I use Tonton. I retrieved a token with my old account before. but I created a new account ‘Tonton’. so I deleted my old account and then tried to retrieve token with new one. but I failed to get it.

This website still say “Hello Volcanics! Keep this token secured.” not “Hello Tonton!”. what should I do to retrieve a token of my new account? I deleted all of my citra files and reinstalled them but they were useless.

System Information

  • Operating System: windows 10
  • CPU: Intel i5-8250U
  • GPU: Geforce MX150
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Canary 1215
  • Game: not an in-game problem.

each account has an unique token, check your token:

still I can retrieve token of volcanics only.
