so, i try to run it on my laptop but it keep getting error
i try game on my android phone with update, it runs without problem

This usually refers to a badly built ROM. Can happen during dumping or when patching the ROM (like for randomization). In any case, I would suggest a redump. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.
