Can't stay connected to public game lobbies

Issue:
1 of 2 things happen whenever I try to join a public lobby: either I get in and lose the connection within a couple minutes, or I don’t get in and nothing happens (then if I click at the bottom right plug icon, I get an empty room that doesn’t exist). Same results whether I have the game I’m trying to play up or not (MH4U).

Is this a latency issue? I’ve tried numerous things including getting a better router but it’s still happening. I attached the log file though I doubt it will help.

Do you have any third party anti virus software installed (basically anything other than windows defender)?

I do, I have avast installed. I guess I can try running citra with it disabled later.

I would give that a go yea. We’ve had the strangest things happen with third party anti-virus software in the past so it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s interfering somehow :sweat_smile:

Same issue happened still… it must be something else.
