Can't update Yuzu with the installer

Hi, when I try to update yuzu with the installer this error pops up :
Failed to GET resource: Error(Hyper(Error(Connect, Os { code: 10061, kind: ConnectionRefused, message: “Aucune connexion n’a pu être établie car l’ordinateur cible l’a expressément refusée.” })), “https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu-mainline/releases/download/mainline-0-1600/yuzu-windows-msvc-20231025-2cdeec55f.tar.xz”)
I tried to boot it as admin an it still doesn’t work

Please use a vpn and try reinstalling FAQ - yuzu. Some users have issue with github regions

When I a VPN like UrbanVPN or Windscribe it doesn’t work but when I install the build directly from the yuzu website with the Opera GX VPN it works and I don’t know why it only works with the Opera GX VPN but I guess it works so that’s ok ans sorry for my bad english i’m french
