Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • You are using open source system files for Mii data. This will appear as your Mii having broken graphics, but will not affect the stability of the game. In order to resolve this, please refer to our guide on dumping system files. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-system-archives-and-the-shared-fonts-from-a-3ds-console/

i really need some help how to fix this problem

Most people with this issue has an AppData problem and they needed to use a portable Citra. To do that, you will need to download a standalone build (manual download) at the download page then extract it to a new folder. Create a new folder called user in its mingw folder.

where can i find the mingw folder?

It is what you extract from the standalone build. It will say nightly-mingw or canary-mingw depending which one you download.

You will notice

Ok i did that but im still confused when you said about creating a new folder called user in mingw folder bc i dont where i can find the sub/folder mingw

You open that extracted folder, then inside right click to create a new folder and name it user.

Maybe post some screenshots so I can see your process.

It should be like this:
