China cannot update YUZU

Mostly a github regional server issue not entirely due to yuzu. Yuzu just happens to utilize github to distribute the builds through installer. Try using a VPN for now or manually download it instead Releases · yuzu-emu/yuzu-mainline · GitHub

Hopefully in future github can work around the issues with particular regions like China
