Please set up a portable Citra version to rule out any issues with your regular installation of Citra:

Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) (.tar.gz can be extracted natively on MacOS) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder and run your game.

If the same issue remains, please upload another log file, this time using the portable build.

The game starts only if I keep the internal resolution in Native and texture filter “none” Also if i keep Citra in window mode. But stills “not responding” after 1 or 2 minutes

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to use an older version of Citra in order to prevent random freezing and crashing from occurring until you upgrade your hardware:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.

You can ignore the bot about the drivers. It’s a bit dumb when it comes to old iGPU drivers.

Thank you! It’s working smoothly now.
