after updating citra, sound is ok but the screen is black when playing pokemon ultra moon.

I am also experiencing this issue myself. After the update, the games are unplayable and couldn’t progress from the start screen. The audio is fine, it’s said to have 30-45 FPS and ongoing speed, but the screen is black and there is no video output. I can’t play Pokemon X because of this. I thought the issue was on my part so I deleted my files for Pokemon Ultra Sun, Omega Ruby, and Y just to see if it was because of my files. Turns out, it wasn’t only me who is experiencing this. We are looking forward to be fixing this issue, thank you!
Your issue is probably also related to out of date GPU drivers (the recent change in Citra requires users on old Intel drivers to update). Please upload a log file so that I can give you instructions on how to update them if you require them: How to Upload the Log File

The driver still appears to be on the old version. Are you sure that you installed the driver correctly? Try installing it again and make sure to let your PC update without doing anything else on it.
