First of all, thank you for your help!
There were no issues during the installation, but it did not change anything for me.
However, I checked some Intel Support page again and downloaded the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, which recommended a graphics driver update. Now everything seems to be working.
The driver might not have installed properly the first time around. It happens sometimes with Intel (their software tends to be garbage). The driver assistant installs the same driver as the one I linked. Glad you got it working though!
