how do u copy the same square?

First, resize the QR codes to make it visible in-game. Then set the camera that the game will use. Then use the image when prompt.

It did not work for me in miitopia

When i try the camera with the config you did it doesn’t work i resized the image but that didnt help https://gyazo.com/73a00b4b9a905562e34a41765021b9a3

Try both the rear and front camera, exit the QR code scanner while changing and testing new settings.

doesnt work for all the settings xd

also its the updated citra oof

After changing ‘Camera Image Source’ to ‘System Camera (qt)’ on Emulation > Configure > System > Camera, are you able to change the Camera ? (it has one or more options, including ).

after doing that, does clicking on ‘Click to preview’ shows your webcam cam?

My system camera doesn’t work lol

does it work on other apps? btw, some apps takes exclusive access to your webcam, make sure that no other app is using the camera.

Tomodachi Life… Nothing working of this

you need to upload your log.

Hello, This does not work for Pokemon Ultra Sun due to the camera setting keep resetting after I hit ok. Can you Please update this post to help me?

@Norventwire The camera works just fine, I’m playing UltraMoon with both the last Canary and Nightly builds and I have no issues at all!
You need to have the correct settings for you and a proper QR code made for Citra use (they’re smaller than the normal ones, another user on these forums made custome ones you can use, if you don’t want to re-size them on your own).

  • Launch the game
  • Open Citra settings to load the desired QR code (Emulation>Configure>System>Camera)
  • Press the three dots near “File” to select your QR code (or simply check “Prompt before load”)
  • Use the QR system in-game

If everything is set up properly you will get your scan!
Sometimes using the Rear Camera settings instead of Front Camera works too, but still the whole process doesn’t change.

How were you able to scan the code in alpha sapphire? Or any code for that matter.

So for anyone still having trouble, you need to add white space around the QR code images for this to work. @RyoSaeba was right, but it took a minute to figure out what they meant. Just save the QR image from wherever you find it, then take in into a photo editor and increase the surrounding canvas size so you have a border around the code. Just locked in a Poliwrath test for Ultra Sun. Good hunting

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

, This always happens when I read a QR code.
