Yeah as the bot said it’s likely your cpu clock speed, that can mess with timings and a blinking camera sounds like something that would come out of underclocking, try settings cpu clock speed under the system tab back to 100% until you are done using the camera.
Yeah, I recently noticed on the web camera has started a LED blinking lights while playing a Pokémon-Amie but I don’t know about on that issue before. Unfortunately, the FPS is suddenly dropped when I’m playing a Pokémon-Amie which is caused by a web camera.
The game is using the 3DS camera during Pokemon Ami for whatever. Citra might be trying to use your camera to emulate the 3DS camera.
Check in Emulation > Configure > System > Camera if you have configured the rear camera to use the system camera as image source and change that to still image or blank.
