Citra Canary #582 & Nightly760 Game Crashed at the Start of the Game

As I stated above, at the start of the game which is Pokemon US, where Prof.Kukui greets the player through a cutscene with his videocall, I got stuck over and over again. I’ve tried dumping my system files and still doesn’t work.

I’ve also tried several different builds of Canary ( 458,550,570,571,572,573,582) and Nightly as well. But still, the game crashed at the same point.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
  • CPU: Intel i5-6500 @3.20GHz
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Canary #582
  • Game: Pokemon Ultra Sun

I had the same problem when trying to boot the game it crashed. So, I went to much older version of Citra Nightly (afe445f) and to my surprise it runs perfectly. So, you could try that version…

is that version supports multiplayer?

try again with ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ disable d.
