I recently downloaded the emulator both canary and nightly, nightly runs just fine but canary now crashs after i attempt to start a game, idk if its normal or not but it was running fine until now. Is it just my settings?

I may have the same problem. It was alright before the update happen.
Please Help.
Edit: Found a temporary fix by using previous version but hope the updated version be fix.
Edit: But Emulation Speed Increase may not be able to work.
Edit: Found solution. Reset Setting and the emulation speed increase and decrease should work.
Go to File>Open Citra Folder
, then delete the opengl
folder found here. Now try your game again.
still no working. Its still crashes
Also Here
citra_log.txt (11.1 KB)
Go to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab
and disable the Disk Shader Cache found here.
Still Crashes
Here the update
citra_log.txt (16.3 KB)
Go to Emulation>Configuration>General
and select Reset All Settings. Start Citra back up and then try your game again.
It works now. Thanks.
But the question is what was the cause?
So it kinda worked but it was working on a 2x resolution before, now i need to put it at the lowest, it was running just fine with 2x until i got to this part , then i had to close the game, the problem is The game is running not as good as before, its because of the reset settings? or i need to change them?
Can you upload a new log file?
GL_VERSION: 4.3.0 - Build 20.19.15.4624
^ This driver is out of date. To update, download win64_15.40.5171.zip
from Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/30196/a08/win64_15.40.5171.zip
Then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/
Furthermore, because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to disable Accurate Multiplication in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced tab
to prevent graphical issues from occurring
yea i did that , the tutorial wasnt needed
