Citra Canary freezing problem

Issue:I play pokemon games on my pc with citra canary but my games freezes

When my games freezes,I have to play all that progress again
could someone pls help me

It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first, then start the game and when Citra closes, immediately upload a new log here.

I found why was my citra freezing
it was because of enable VSync in graphics in emulation

Ok, that sounds strange. Maybe you have a very old GPU.
