Citra Can't Open Program

Issue: I can install the program, but when I open it, it is loading and the application does not open

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bits
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 6500U @ 2.50GHz
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520 ATI AMD Radeon™ R5 M330
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): latest version, but none actually opens
  • Game:

Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:

Make sure you have done step 1 correctly at How to Upload the Log File . Your log filter is currently set to *:Critical which is incorrect, you must set it to *:Info

Upload a new log after you have done that.

Since I can’t open the application, I only have that
citra_log.txt (98 Bytes)

It is possible to edit the config file directly in notepad and change it there but to make this more simple you should delete the config file in the config folder so it reverts to default settings.

The config folder is in the same folder as the log folder.

I’m sorry exam period… I still can’t open citra, I already did what was indicated above
