Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
You are using open source system files for Mii data. This will appear as your Mii having broken graphics, but will not affect the stability of the game. Do you have more than Intel HD 4600? You can check in Device Manager under Display adapters. One of my laptops with i7-4710MQ has GeForce 840M. This guy has the same CPU as you: https://community.citra-emu.org/t/your-gpu-may-not-support-opengl-3-3/58201/14 with GeForce 860M.

Thank you for the reply. I do have GeForce 850m yes. Sorry I don’t really understand how all of this work yet.
I try to look up on google and I did try changing nvidia stuff to performance mode or something and now it runs at like 65/100 speed. Do I need to change the setting to use Nvidia or something? or is there like a lowest setting I can use al though I think I’m already using the lowest setting.
