Citra closes when loading rom

citra keeps crashing when I open any rom.
the roms are already decrypted.

  • GPU: Intergraded Graphic

I also like to add the windows firewall defender popped up and blocked it from opening so idk what to do. it only opened once when I first started it up the firewall thing now citra just closes when I try to load a rom

As stated on our downloads page in a massive orange box, we do not officially support M1 Macs and will not give any support for them.

but im on windows im confused

You’re on M1 hardware though. Citra’s release builds are made for x64, not ARM based instruction sets. We also don’t know if the integrated GPU of the M1 chips are even remotely able to run Citra’s normal x64 builds propely with that translation layer you’re running.
