Please upload a log file using the guide that the bot posted above.
You should post the citra_log.txt file if you want proper help. Had a similar issue myself and managed to find a workaround, but can’t really be sure it’ll help fix whatever’s going on with your game, so probably best you post that log so the devs can work on the problem first before trying it
