Citra Crash after install new update

Hey, I’m currently playing FE Echoes. Previously I played on Citra Nightly version 1929. After installing the new update Citra Nightly 1930, Citra crashed and became Not Responding. Please help, thank you.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 5300U
  • GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1930
  • Game: FE Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

Hi. I have a same problem. It’s for all games, the games launching is so long and citra no reponding and I want to quit the game because is so long the program crash and I not have a solution about that. Sorry for my english i’m french :). Thanks for read.

I have the solution for counter the crash it’s the first case “GDB stub” uncheck here but I have all my games that have slowdowns.

This being related to a new Nightly update is unlikely. However, we can try that out first if you’re like:

Download citra-windows-mingw-20230620-89663e0.7z from Release nightly-1929 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using winrar or 7zip, then launch citra-qt(.exe) found inside of the extracted folder. Now try your game again.
