Whenever I run a ROM on Citra, it just crashes. Besides the information below, I also have OpenGl 4.0 which is higher than the requirement needed (OpenGl 3.3). Please solve my problem so that I can play Citra, especially Pokemon.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
Should I enable Hardware Shader or Accurate Multiplicaion on Log or in the Emulation window. Also, I have OpenGl 4.0 and not 3.3.
Your GPU driver is outdated, download and install the latest from Intel’s website.
I enabled Accurate Multiplication but still it crashes
Is it free or not? I dont have a credit card
Ok i am installing it but will it work and what will be the solution if this also doesnt work.
Disable ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ before launching the game if updating your GPU driver doesn’t work.
I have downloaded the driver but it doesnt open for installation
What should i do, it doesnt open for installation
i will give a try but if still it doesn’t work then what should i do.
Thanks to all of you who helped me out, @tywald and @bio3c
It works very good, enjoying the gameplay
And one more thing, there are black spots on male character’s face in pokemon X or Y. How to fix that.
That black spots is for everyone ,there’s no way you can remove them,oh you can stop palying if it bothers you tho
By the way, thanks for all the hard work put into making Citra and solving my problem.
I hope there is a fix soon.
