there is any emulator i can use on my mac?
or have to wait until new compatibility?
You will most likely need to wait an indefinite amount of time unfortunately. It might be faster to get a secondary computer (preferably a gaming PC that has an Nvidia graphics card) to use with Citra and other gaming needs.
there aren’t any others emulator working for new mac?

if i put the citra files on an ssd external it can work? or it still the same?
The problem currently is the architecture that executes citra’s code. Which is the new apple silicon m1 chip. It simply isn’t compatible with citra’s code.
