Citra Crash on ROM startup

Issue:
Upon launching Harvest December Citra crashes does not run ROM. I try to load the 3ds file (decrypted) it starts up the game, it shows the “Loading” title with the bar and then almost immediately crashes Citra in its entirety.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • CPU: Intel core i7 - 10870H CPU @2.20GHz
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU
  • Citra Version: Citra Nightly 1904
  • Game: Harvest December
