Citra crashes after I go to file save select screen on Pokemon Ultra Sun

Citra crashing barely after starting Pokemon Ultra Sun:
I launch Citra and open up Pokemon Ultra Sun. The game boots up and the title screen is usually at around 10% speed. I click A so I can go to my file select screen (Trainer name/progress). However, instead of taking me to the file select screen my speed and FPS go to 0, and my screen is black. Citra then ends up not responding, and I have to close it.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

It sounds like to me the rom is corrupted, you should redump it using the guides to make sure it’s clean. Make sure you have enough free space on your SD card, iirc the game is pretty large close to 4GB so have at least 4GB free space before you dump it. You might need to upgrade your SD card if it’s too small, I recommend to get 32GB.
