Citra crashes after installing mod

Issue:
I know this is probably an issue with the mod itself, but I’m new to Citra and wanted to double check that it’s not a settings issue or something like that. The ROM for Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns usually works pretty well, but after installing a mod, trying to launch the game will instantly close Citra before I even get a loading screen. Is this something I can fix or will I have to hope for a mod update?

We can’t provide support with software that we didn’t create, nor state that we support. So long as the base game, updates and DLC run as they should, our job is done. If you’re experiencing issues with a mod for a 3DS game, you’ll need to ask the mod author for support.
