Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Hi, do this:

  1. File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

Yay it worked again, thank you for your help

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I am trying to randomize a copy of alpha sapphire and when i load the rom it instantly says citra not responding and then crashes. I tried uninstalling and reintalling citra but still no luck, I tried what you posted but still nothing. What should I do? BTW it works with the normal rom but crashes from the randomized rom.

hacked roms or rom hacks of Pokemon games is not supported

I played a randomized game perfectly fine this morning, I decided i wanted a better selection of starters so I tried randomizing it again and now its crashing.

The help you can get here is only for unmodified games, try like gbatemp or something for romhacks. I can only guess but it sounds like you try to apply randomize on an already randomized game, do it on a clean rom.

Thanks I’ll look into it

I have the same problem citra_log.txt (12.1 KB)

  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.

I disabled it but still the same citra_log.txt (20.9 KB)
