Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Canary 1012 is very old, you should update. You probably need to redump your games using the guides to make sure they are “clean”:

Double check that you have enough free space on your SD card, to be safe have at least 4GB.

Crashes immediately upon trying to load the game it is been like this since I started it.

Try this:

  1. Open Citra then go to File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it is there.
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

it crashes as soon as kukui appears on the screen

Sorry for my delay but back on topic, I tried that several times and didn´t work so I gave up. Today I started to mess around with Citra and then shut down the Hardware Renderer and worked but the whole screen was dark, and the details of my emulator were shallow as well.

It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log.

Do these steps to make sure it catches the issue:

  1. Open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then log folder (keep this open in the background, do not close the folder).
  2. Start the game, and after you see the issue, close Citra and don’t reopen Citra or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again.
  3. Reupload the log here.

  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.
