Hi my citra canary 1795 keeps crashing in middle of games, sometimes freezing, and has low fps. How to increase and have stable fps without it freezing or crashing on me?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Since you have an old GPU which can randomly crash due to a driver bug you might need to use Nightly 1392 until you upgrade your computer as it is the last build before the Split Presentation Thread change: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-1392
It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log.
