Citra crashes out of the blue

Issue:
Like in the title, I played pokemon alpha sapphire for awhle. Everything was ok. Not perfect, but the game worked pretty well. The problem is… it started crashing Citra ind there were kexture gliches sometimes. First 2-3 crashes happened about an hour or so afterr starting the game, but now it happens constantly a few minutes. Game freezes, the screen turns black, and when it goes back, Citra is closed.
