Citra crashes trying to start up game

Issue:
Trying to run Fire Emblem: Awakening crashes Citra. I have the Project Thabes, Thabes-GA, and Gay Awakening mods installed. ROM was working fine roughly 3-4 hours before issue occurred and I can’t think of anything that happened during that time that would have caused this.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-9300H Processor
  • GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. Official Drivers | NVIDIA
  • You have mods installed. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

Issue still persists after disabling mods, new log below.

Please update your GPU drivers to the latest available: GeForce Game Ready Driver | 522.25 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.
