There is a bunch of unmapped read spam in your log file. This usually indicates a corrupted dump. Since you don’t have an update installed and 3DS Pokemon games don’t have DLC, your ROM is the most likely suspect. You’ll have to redump it. Make sure your GM9 is up-to-date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card, which for Omega Ruby, should be around 2GB:
