Pokémon Y works fine when using on board intel gpu, but crashes as soon as I try it with my graphics card. This happens right after the shaders load.
What do ?

If you have opengl in the shaders on citra folder please delete the opengl and restart your pc

The disk shader cache isn’t even on. That won’t do anything.

Nope, there is none.(or at least that I know of)

That folder would be in if you open Citra then File -> Open Citra Folder then shaders

oooooh my bad, still, deleted them and restarted and no bueno. also tried it with the latest 1630 build with no luck either.

think the rom might be the problem ?

Since you specified that it crashes with dedicated graphics in use, does that mean that it runs fine on the integrated graphics?
If so, can you upload a log file with the integrated graphics on as well as one with the dedicated GPU?

Dedicated :

Integrated :

It’s a little choppy at times on the integrated, hence why I tried it with the dedicated graphics.

HW.GPU <Critical> core/hw/gpu.cpp:MemoryFill:87: invalid end address 0X18600000

Hm. If it works on integrated then maybe there is a regression somewhere. Try bisect the issue by trying older builds: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases?after=nightly-1631

Pick a starting point, like Nightly 1200 (just change the number at the end of the URL to jump). If it works, then it is between 1630 and 1200 so you test a build right in the middle, e.g 1415. If it works on 1415, then it is between 1630 and 1415. If it doesn’t work on 1415 then it is between 1415 and 1200.

Repeat the process until you end up with two builds next to each other where one is working and the other doesn’t.

Still nothing, tried 1200/1300/1400/1500 with no luck, it’s not even the rom since I tried Pokémon Ultra sun with no luck either.

Try go further back. Though if nothing works then try reinstall the drivers, make sure you run DDU first.

I can’t replicate this issue on a GeForce 840M or GTX 1070.
