Citra Crashes when going to New Game

Issue:
When the game I choose New Game -> Classic, Citra is crashing

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Hi, I have updated the GPU to the latest driver. but now citra is hanging, not responding

and only going on black screen.updated gpu driver

Upload a new log please. Then we can check if the drives are updated; the latest for Intel HD 4000 ends in 5161.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

It seems you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading citra_log.txt which would clear the log. If you still have the folder open in the background then upload citra_log.txt.old.txt instead. Otherwise, redo the steps to get a new log and make sure you have started the game before you close Citra.
