Citra Crashes when loading Pokemon Y

I was trying to load Pokemon Y, but my computer crashed while loading the shaders. After turning my laptop back on, I tried loading Pokemon Y but it instantly crashes while loading without any information on the cause.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363)
  • CPU: Intel® Pentium® CPU N3540 @ 2.16 GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
  • GPU: Intel® HD Graphics with 64 MB VRAM (yes it sucks)
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 1754
  • Game: Pokemon Y
  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar): i can’t because it crashes while loading with no message

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

okay i tried deleting opengl transferable shader files for the pokemon y, and it runs but now i have to delete the shader files everytime i run pokemon y

ok i deleted both the precompiled and transferable shader files and now i can run pokemon y without deleting shader files on every run

Don’t forget to enable Accurate Multiplication in the Advanced tab so this bug won’t happen again :slight_smile:

After playing pokemon y for long it begun to freeze after i open it again, the shaders didnt load and then runtime error appeared. Please let help me fix my problem i still want to play this game
