i am using citra for about a year and this error never happened with me but from about a month my citra is crashing again and again after every 15 or 30 minutes. i have latest drivers of my graphic card. whenever i open any game ex:- pokemon ultra sun or pokemon y citra crashes after some time as i said above. please help.

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:
Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Downloads for Graphics
Ah, Intel HD 4000. Because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to use an older version of Citra in order to prevent random freezing and crashing from occurring until you upgrade your hardware:

Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
i have the same problem but i can’t open citra! when i open it, i don’t have time to click file to open the log, the app freezing and it won’t open anymore if i try to restart the app. i already unistall citra a bunch of time but it not work! T_T what can i do???
i play with citra yesterday and it was all good. now with the update, it stop working
right click on window button > run or press window key+r and then type %appdata% then open citra folder and open logs folder then you can see your log.
