If I remember correctly, this is a graphics driver bug. In Citra’s graphics configuration, can you try disabling the Enable Hardware Shaders checkbox?

Are you sure that, with Hardware Renderer enabled, but Hardware Shader disabled, Pokemon Sun crashes, on the latest Nightly?

Yes,not only Pokemon sun and others games like oras ultra sun and Moon also getting same kind of crash and after deleting the qt condig and sdl2 config,i was showing an error message “what invalid argument was supplied,this application has requested runtime to terminate”

I dumped my Pokemon sun and Moon demo and that also crashing at beginning pokeball viewing scene
