Issue:
When I open citra and load a rom, citra immediately crashes. I’ve reinstalled and redump a couple times and it still crashes when I load a rom. Its an animal crossing new leaf rom to be precise.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

Your log file doesn’t seem to match the system specs you reported. Double check to make sure you’re on the correct device when you’re asking for support.
I’m assuming the log file comes from the actual device you’re asking for support with, in which case, you need to update to the latest Citra version available. It would also be a good idea to clear out your old shaders as that Citra version contained a crashing bug with the Disk Shader Cache
when Accurate Multiplication
is disabled (which is the case here according to the log file). Please follow these steps to do so:
- Open Citra then go to
File->Open Citra Folder
- Open
shaders
folder then delete the opengl
folder if it is there.
Emulation->Configure...
then click on Graphics
on the left
- Click on the
Advanced
tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication
