I’ve furthered looking into why citra doesn’t launch games and found out windows fire wall doesn’t ask for permission, this could be why stuff doesn’t open. I figured this might be due to my antivirus, MCAfee. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve answered in your other topic about this issue. It doesn’t look to be related to your AV software. Though, Mcafee is more bloatware than anti-virus at this point. I would recommend uninstalling that regardless of whether it’s causing issues in Citra or not.
