add an exception on your antivirus (including windows defender) for citra-qt.exe. reinstall citra if the issue persists.
citra dont running, i desative ant virus, reintaled. not working
Download manually the latest nightly, extract to a separated folder, open citra-qt.exe. if that doesn’t work restart you pc. you may also have to scan your pc for virus.
