Citra Emulator at 0 fps and 0 speed

My Citra Emulator runs at 0 fps and 0 speed

I played New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Mario Kart 7. I had restarted my PC and then my Citra Emulator runned all games in 0 fps, 0% speed and frame nan ms. I had this issue often before but it fixed it automaticly but this time i doesnt fixes itself.
