citra exe crash when trying to run the game (any)

Make sure the drivers are updated: https://www.nvidia.com.br/download/driverResults.aspx/112632/br

You might also need to turn off Accurate Multiplication in the advanced graphics settings in Citra configuration.

the game starts now, but is there any way to increase the fps? if I don’t have it, I play at 20 fps

Upload a new log please.

I think the hardware is too old (Pentium E5200 and 9400 GT were released back in 2008) to get any good speed. 20fps sounds pretty good for what you have.
