Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • LLE Audio is designed for debugging purposes. Using this option will slow down your game. Try changing to HLE audio.

Yeah, use HLE audio. LLE is not for regular use.

The log gets cleared each time you open Citra so make sure you do these steps to ensure it catches the issue:

  1. Open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then log folder(keep this open in the background, do not close the folder).
  2. Start the game, get the crash then close Citra(don’t reopen or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again).
  3. Reupload the log here.

You can change to HLE in the audio tab. If you did my steps exactly then you might need to turn off Hardware Renderer then do the steps again.

The game doesn’t crash when I take the Hardware Renderer off, but it’s very slow!

Yeah it is supposed to be slow, but now we got a useful log

Build 10.18.15.4281

These drivers are outdated, you need to update:

Download win64_15.45.30.5103.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29314/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?product=88193
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29314/a08/win64_15.45.30.5103.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

You can have access to better drivers if you update to Windows 10.

It finally works! Thank you so much!

First of all: Disable or delete any and all cheats you have enabled.

GL_VERSION: 3.3.0 - Build 10.18.10.4358
This GPU driver is out of date. To update: Download win64_15.33.53.5161.zip (direct link) from Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.33]

Then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Furthermore, because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to use an older Citra version until you upgrade your hardware to prevent random freezing/crashing from occuring:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
