Does the unedited version work?

Please note that we do not support unofficial rom hacks and the like.

No, it also freeze by the unedited version

I see, update Citra to the latest version. Nightly 1392 is only recommended for people that have Intel HD 4000.

You might need to install the various runtimes, it has fixed for at least one guy that had the same CPU as you: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/

I Did what you said. But it still freezes.

citra Nightly 1636 is what i’m using now.citra_log.txt (4.9 KB)

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log.

Can you describe what the freeze is like? Like, do you still hear sound but the screen is frozen and you can still hear your inputs (like if you press a button).

It seems you are lacking the game update v1.5 which is recommended to install to prevent a bug in the game: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lumiose_City_save_glitch

Though just to be safe redump the game as well, have at least 2GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card:

I still hear sound but my screen is frozen and i still can hear my inputs.
