Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.

Nothing’s jumping out at me from the log file. Can you try using a portable build to rule out any issues with your Citra installation?

To set up a portable build:

Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) (.tar.gz can be extracted natively on MacOS) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.

here is the log from portable build
citra_log.txt (20.3 KB)

on portable build still have the same issue, game starts, after 2-3 second citra is not responding

If I need to upload some config files, let me know

Hmmm, well we’ve at least confirmed that the issue isn’t related to your Citra installation. Can you try redumping your game? The log file would usually indicate if something is wrong with your ROM (which so far, it hasn’t), but this might be a special case. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

everything with ROM should be fine, I tried to open it on RetroArch with Citra Core and everything work fine (screenshot below)
Even ROMs I played a few months ago has the same problem with citra not responding
