Citra freezes and runs on 0 fps - Pokemon Sun

I recently discovered Citra and tried it out. Once I was done preparing things, I suddenly encounted a problem in which I can’t play Pokemon Sun due to the freezing that is occuring. Sometimes it would go up to a decent FPS but still ends up staying at 0. I tried following youtube fixes/forums, but still I am welcomed with black screen and same issue.

  • CPU: Intel Core i3-3217U
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1584

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
