When I start either of my 2 games, Mario Maker or Mario 3D World, it freezes right near the beginning. I can close the window, sort of - I get the “Do you want to exit?” box, and I click yes, but nothing happens. It stays running until I CTRL+ALT+DELETE. I appreciate the help - it’s been a really useful emulator up until yesterday.

Your iGPU contains driver bugs too so you will need to use an older version of Citra.
citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run
citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
Thank you! I started with the older Citra, and that alone made it playable! So I’m leaving the graphics drivers. Thank you for your help.
