Citra freezes with 0fps and 0 speed (Ubuntu)

Issue:
When I try to start the game The Legend of Zelda: A Link between worlds, everything is fine. Then, when I try to load my game, the fps drastically drops to 0 and the speed also drops to 0%. Then then little triangle (loading page of the game) starts and Citra freeze. I have to force Citra to close because the app is frozen.

System Information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (64bits)

  • CPU: Inter Core i7-10610U @ 1.80GHz x 8

  • GPU: Mesa intel UHD Graphics (CML GT2)

  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 2306

  • Game: Zelda between worlds

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics

I solved my problem my downloading the most recent version of Citra.
