Citra froze/crash with the new version

Issue:
Happened a while now, Citra froze when open game, the previous build have no problem when opening game

System Information

  • Operating System: Window 10
  • CPU: Intel core i3 3110M
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphic 4000
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): 1402
  • Game: Pokémon Ultra Moon
